Our trip to Havre, Montana

We had such a wonderful time in the gorgeous State of Montana! We left for Havre on the 7th of August and after spending two days in with my parents, got home on the 19th- it was quite the trip (I think we figured out that we drove about 1700 miles). The kids did really well and loved all the extra attention they recieved from family! Here are the top 10 things we did on the trip: 1.playing in the milk river (see pics below). 2. Caleb and Hudson got to ride on a quad runner, tractor, combine, and Papa Cookie's big truck for work, oh yeah- they both also rode a pig! 3. Every evening we were at one of Landen's family member's house for dinner and it was great seeing everyone! 4. We got to eat fresh fruit from Grammy's garden and pick raspberries- Caleb loved those! 5. We took one afternoon when it was hot and went swimming at the Chinook pool (see pic below). 6. We had wonderful breakfasts (including Deann's famous cinnamon rolls). 7. Landen and I finished the first season of 24 (very good!) 8. Caleb got to see where eggs come from. 9. Going to Splash Down with Scott, Amy, Hayden, and Olivia while we were in Spokane.
10. Being around the best family in the world!
